Beth Sutter

Beth Sutter is an experienced grant strategist and proposal developer with a proven record of securing over $1 billion in competitive funding for her clients. Since joining CFS in 2022, she has helped clients win major awards from federal and local agencies for infrastructure, workforce, and capital initiatives. Beth specializes in developing large, complex proposals for federal agencies, including the Department of Energy, Department of Transportation, and Department of Commerce. She is known for her collaborative leadership, clear communication, and ability to deliver high‑quality submissions under tight deadlines. 

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hope College and a Certificate from the University of Denver Publishing Institute. Originally from Michigan, she now lives near Charlottesville, Virginia, with her partner and their three cats. Outside of work, Beth enjoys kayaking, solving puzzles, and making lopsided pottery.
