About Cindy:

Cindy is a seasoned grant administrator with a background in healthcare and higher education. She is responsible for developing grant program strategies, writing proposals, and managing client relations. With over 28 years of experience, Cindy brings a well-rounded skill set in managing proposal writing, budget development, and reporting for federal, state, and community grants. Her career began in the United States Air Force, and her experience includes positions in healthcare administration and higher education.

Prior to joining CFS, Cindy served as the Director of Grants and Planning for Northwestern State University, where she directed proposal development and administration of grant projects within The College of Nursing and School of Allied Health. Her experience has strengthened her skills in collaboration and organization, including attention to detail and building relationships with stakeholders. Cindy earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University.

She currently lives in Columbia, Louisiana and enjoys traveling, a good Netflix binge, and spending time with her family.
