John Nictakis

In his role as Senior Funding Analyst and part of the Capitol Funding Solutions Strategy Team, John brings a data-driven approach with a background in quantitative research and operations management. He utilizes his experience to oversee CFS’s opportunity research and tailor that towards client priorities. Along with presenting current funding opportunities, he also leads the development of long-term funding strategies, proactively identifying potential future opportunities, and aligning them with the client's growth roadmap. One thing John finds rewarding is seeing CFS clients receive funding for impactful awards in the community. 

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University in 2024. He is originally from Louisiana and currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.
