Taylor Paiz

Taylor has nearly a decade of experience in writing and managing competitive funding proposals. In three years since joining the CFS team, she has secured about half a billion dollars in federal awards. She has demonstrated expertise in managing complex applications across various federal funding programs, including those administered by the Department of Commerce, the Department of Energy, and the Economic Development Administration. Taylor has also played a key role in developing initiatives to help clients proactively prepare for the grant process. She excels at providing clarity and structure in intricate projects, supporting clients in navigating tight timelines and stringent requirements.

Before CFS, Taylor spent six years as a fundraiser in the nonprofit sector, where she built a strong track record of growing or establishing new revenue streams for organizations. She was a critical leader in developing an international nonprofit’s first successful grants program and launching a nonprofit’s first annual donor event strategy. Taylor holds a bachelor’s in International Community Development from Oral Roberts University.
